This (1) and (2) story beige and terra cotta building (66,405 ft.) features a large multi-purpose auditorium, (2) gyms plus a host of specialty rooms, including - classrooms for dance and art, a game room, locker room, toddler care center, and outdoor playground. The 600 seat auditorium intended for lecture meetings, theater and dance productions, includes a state-of-the -art sound system, projection screens, and computer hook ups. A full size catering kitchen, administration offices for Department pf Parks and Recreation, as well as conference center and meeting rooms make up the remainder of the center. Project was completed under budget and 102 days ahead of schedule.
